When you come to see me, you can expect to be listened to with care and to be respected for who you are. I work collaboratively with you to make sense of the challenges you’re facing and to develop a clear, personalised treatment plan that fits your situation, personality, and context. My approach is warm, gentle, and grounded in over 20 years of experience as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I support adults, couples, and families with a wide range of mental health, emotional, and interpersonal concerns, with particular interest in trauma, psycho-oncology, grief and bereavement, and parenting—including infant–parent bonding and attachment.

Having lived and worked internationally across the Middle East, Europe, and Australia, I bring sensitivity to multicultural, multi-faith, and highly mobile experiences. Clinically, I work from a psychodynamic and somatically informed perspective, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based work, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), EMDR, and (in training) Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am registered as a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist in Australia and as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Switzerland. I am also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP), the Association Genevoise des Psychologues (AGPsy), and the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). In Australia, I am a Medicare provider, and rebates are available for United Nations staff through their medical insurance.
